Quality and environmental policy

BATTERYCARE S.L. (hereinafter BCARE) is a spin-off of CIC energiGUNE born from the need to provide innovative solutions to the energy storage sector through services aimed at transforming the current economic, social and environmental realities.

BCARE offers value-added services to the energy storage sector. It aims to become for companies their technical and integral advisor especially in the field of batteries and capacitors. We intend to respond to the principles of innovation, commitment and understanding of the present and future needs of the sector, values that we promote in BCARE and in our relationships with suppliers, partners or customers and in general stakeholders relevant to our Quality and Environmental Management System.

The scope of our Quality and Environmental Management System is as follows:

• Integral consultancy and diagnosis in energy storage systems.
• Design and sale of energy storage systems and devices for their management and diagnosis.

The Quality and Environmental Policy of BATTERYCARE, S.L. consists of ensuring that the activities carried out and the products sold by the Company meet the REQUIREMENTS and EXPECTATIONS of the customer, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and ensure the protection of the environment and the environment of our activity, thus achieving the SATISFACTION of our customers, through:

• A documented quality and environmental management system according to international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 always tending to continuous improvement.
• The application of the Management System and Continuous Improvement.
• The prevention of non-conformities, studying the causes and taking the corresponding corrective actions to the non-conformities that occur.
• The product must be obtained at the optimum cost, that is to say, at the lowest cost that guarantees compliance with all the Customer´s requirements.
• The people of the Organization are the fundamental engine of its operation and results.
• It is also a priority objective to achieve the full satisfaction of their expectations and needs, through their motivation and integration in a common and exciting project of the Organization.
• Compliance with the legal requirements that affect us, protecting the environment and the surroundings, avoiding pollution.
• Minimization of our electricity and water consumption, as well as minimizing the generation of the waste we generate and its proper management to reduce the impact on climate change.
• Establishment of quality and environmental objectives.

The Management is committed to make this Policy available to interested parties, to be communicated, understood and complied with by the entire organization, providing the means at its disposal and adapting them according to the demands of customers, the market, as well as legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements.
