The Bcare Battery Diagnostic Module is a device that monitors the parameters of each of the batteries that make up a battery bank, to maintain their optimal condition and predict their degradation, allowing the planning of maintenance work and battery replacement before they have failed.

The Measurement Module is a device that monitors the electrical parameters of a DC distribution panel. It measures the voltages and currents of up to two half-breakers, has digital inputs to monitor the status of a coupling breaker and the configuration of its operating mode (automatic or manual), and digital outputs to act on the breaker through an integrated automatism that resets the breaker after tripping in case of a fault.

Bcare develops advanced BMS for Lithium batteries, capable of monitoring not only the behavior of the complete battery but also of the different sub-modules that compose it and even more, on the different groupings of cells in parallel that compose each sub-module.

Bcare developed monitoring software for the batteries equipped with its Diagnostic Module, which, through the information reported by the Diagnostic Module, informs at any time about the status of each battery, events and alarms produced.

Bcare has developed its own Battery Pack consisting of LiFePo technology lithium cells and an advanced BMS, which makes it one of the most innovative and reliable battery systems for back-up applications to replace lead.
