Electrochemical characterization and aging testing of LiFePO4 cylindrical cells
Key actions
The scope of the project consisted of testing different LiFePO4 cylindrical cells from different manufacturers, with a triple objective:
- Characterize and predict the performance of the cells in the final application through electrochemical characterization tests, cycling at different temperatures and C-rates and post-mortem analysis.
- Selection and homologation of the best performing cells.
- Obtaining empirical data to feed the SoX algorithms.
